Computing Services Maintenance for tonight (3/15)

Tonight at 9:00 PM, Computing Services will be pushing security patches and updates to campus Mac computers. Employees are encouraged to log off but leave their computers turned on in order to assist with the installation process.

Also beginning at 9:00 PM, there will be brief interruptions to several back-end systems and services as we perform reboots as part of the patching and maintenance process. There should be very minimal impact to campus users at this time.

Lastly, late Sunday/early Monday morning, the QA Banner environment (not PROD) will be receiving updates to the Financial Aid module. No production outages are anticipated with this maintenance.

Computing Services thanks you for your patience and understanding as we perform these critical maintenance activities. As always, if you have any questions, please call the ASU Computing Services Helpdesk at 7741 or contact us via email at

Have a great day,
