NOTE: A student seeking elementary licensure with an Interdisciplinary Studies major, who for any reason does not complete all the requirements for licensure, must make application to the Vice President of Academic Affairs for admission to the Interdisciplinary Studies major without licensure.
Because this change represents a substantial change in the student's degree objectives, it may require significant additional course work. For this reason, an early decision is desirable.
Here's what students say about ASU and what they've learned here:
Being from Nashville, I wanted a new experience – to see a different part of the country. I wanted opportunities to explore nature and mountain bike.
I filled out an online survey and one of my match schools was Adams State.
I love helping people and I became a tutor with Student Support Services and am active volunteering in the community and helping with various San Luis Valley initiatives.
Volunteering helps me to see I have value and self-worth that I can contribute.
